As your sleep training partner for ONE YEAR, I will:
Assess: Meet with you to discuss your goals in terms of baby’s schedule as well as other scheduling priorities (date nights for you and your husband, schedules for other caregivers, family time, preparation for end of maternity leave, etc.)
Prepare: Assist with registry questions and will provide my recommendations. In addition, I will ensure we’ve created the most “sleep friendly” environment in baby’s room possible (I will provide suggestions and a list of My Favorites!)
Counsel: Provide four 1-2 hour in-home trainings with you and your baby, to help you learn your baby and his/her sleep cues, as well as provide hands-on advice and assistance to increase your comfort level.
Schedule: Create detailed, customized schedules based on your baby’s changing needs and your lifestyle – with feeding, wake, and sleep times, including helpful notes for different infant stages – troubleshooting ideas, advice, and more detailed soothing techniques and schedule adaptations for your reference. Will adapt schedule as needed as baby grows, and to help ensure sleep-training consistency through growth spurts, fussy weeks/leaps, time change, travel, teething, etc.
Advise: Make myself available via unlimited email, text, and scheduled phone calls (FaceTime or Skype upon request) until baby arrives – and for one year thereafter – to address any questions or concerns you may have related to your baby’s feeding or sleep needs as they move through newborn, infant, and toddler stages during their first year.
